We did that strategically, which no one else seems to want to do.

TBH the 2020 draft is littered with duds. There's more ordinary footballers inside the 40 than good ones IMO. Some aren't strictly on field issues either, like the aforementioned JUH

I'm thinking we should be looking at the Suns players currently struggling to get AFL game time because surely they have to cut severely to fit their Academy lads in from this current draft.

All of the following are very draftable and at least 3 of them high end 1st rounders and the others all possibly in the top half of the draft.


Zeke Uwland, Dylan Patterson, Beau Addinsall, Jai Murray, Koby Coulson, Cooper Collins, Max Hudson and possibly Kalani White depending on what way he goes?

It'really is getting ridiculous the class and depth of the talent coming through for them.

Max Knobel only got a 1 year rookie deal, behind Ned Moyle and probably Ethan Read unless they persevere with him as Forward. Will Graham with the lure of playing midfield?

Like the idea of Knobel - right age to start needing some first team opportunities .

Wasn’t Graham in their academy last year? He’d be hard to pry out at this point.
