No, we took Steinberg (we also promised to take him... he had a contract, Pris didn't)


They basically wanted Prismall to go to the Dogs or Port, as soon as he started training with them, Essendon dropped him like a hot dimmie.

Didn't want to move to SA for only a year (or back himself in to make it more)

Tall defenders sometimes work out okay. Tall forwards have a low success rate.

Do you have any figures to back yourself up? From the replies to this already posted that looks incorrect. Apart from the fact that rookies or even draft selections are all pretty speculative.

Prismall looks like a bit of an idiot now after knocking back 1 year deals from both Essendon and Port to be on the main list. A severe case of someone overrating their current worth in the AFL and ending up with nothing.

Surprised Port didn't pick up Jurrah, but I suspect clubs are all waiting on his off field stuff to get sorted before considering him again. He is too good not be on an AFL list, if his off field stuff is cleared.

Toy might be thinking that one year deal with GC looks quite good right now.

Happy to see Lonergan get back on a list, seems like he worked his arse off since getting delisted and really deserves another chance.
