I actually can't believe Scott Lucas hasn't been mentioned in AA discussions.
He is an incredible footballer, he just doesn't play that bang, crash traditional Brown/Tredrea style. Yet he is only a couple of goals behind those two and Pavlich.
Fletcher is in the top 5 players I have seen at Essendon. Hird, Madden and Watson sit up at the top, but Fletch's name sits there comfortably with the rest of them. Freak.

Both are having fantastic seasons. Both are super consistent, which is the best thing. You pretty much know you're going to get a good performance.

Only problem with Lucas is his consistency. Best and worst seem to be miles apart.

Fletcher should most definitely be the AA full back this year.
The game against Geelong was up there with the best I have seen.
For us to win while only having 44 entries into F50 compared to 66 is unbeleivable. He was like a brick wall stopping everything and his attacking kicking from this and also the kickins with his accuracy and penetration set us up all nite.
