luke is an elite midfielder if he plays without injury. weakness is his pace and ability to kick long.
You should know the answer to that, you would have watched him destroy you guys last season surely? How do saints fans rate him compared to Luke Hodge?

haha nice call, is he fit + ready to go rd 1?You should know the answer to that, you would have watched him destroy you guys last season surely?![]()
Speaking of Luke Hodge, we have a player that has an uncanny resemblance in playing style as the star Hawk in David Armitage. It took a few years for Luke to mature into the player he is now, Armitage may be more advanced than he was at the same age.
Yeah, I know - he has to do a whole lot more to truly warrant the comparison, but I do like the look of the lad and he's from Mackay where I recently resided.
Please lets give this kid a break. He is still a teenager. He's got to at least enjoy his footy without screaming premiership drought fans (yes I'm one of them) expecting the world from him.
He has played some bloody good games but being young and with heaps of expectations that can turn around really quick!
Lets put some expectations on Montagna, Fiora, S Fisher and co before we look to this kid to be our spring board.
And FYI the young draftees do read these boards!
I agree, really liking Armitage, but lets let him just develop abit more ... & these are the players I want to see improve further ... especially some consistency from Fiora!!

And what of Luke Ball? I don't think people understand how important a fit Ball is to our team (from the lack of comments).
