Malthouse isn't the problem. Jesus Christ himself couldn't do anything with this list. List is too old and youth is rubbish. Carlton should recognise that and go down a youth orientated path for the next few years (I don't mean tank, but trade for picks, invest in recruiting, etc). Yes it won't mean finals, but persisting with this list won't either.
