Hopefully Maino doesn't turn into Savage/Iqbal 2.0
Have not seen much outside some of his highlights in pre season, but does ha have a touch of Pogba about him? The way he takes and shields the ball really well, turns and play his passes, just has a look about him.

Biggest difference he has some campaigner in him, he took the ball of Rice? and absolutely mirked the lad

He is more of a Casemiro replacement but more shorter

Those two did well last pre season tour but they were never that highly rated internally and were nowhere near the first team plans. It was a bit of a surprise to see them do so well considering they weren't standing out at youth level and people got carried away with that.

Whereas Mainoo has already been involved with the first team on a few occasions and is one of the more hyped academy prospects that we've had come through in a while. It is obvious that the club see a big future for him.

Amrabat is the signing that makes me the most happiest, if it happens. Just the thought of having a good Casemiro backup and not a clown like McTominay makes me all giddy. Heck, both Amrabat and Casemiro could play together in tough away games to block out the opposition.

Disgraceful refereeing almost as bad as the thai ****er a few years ago

Like they said there wasn't any of our good youth in that game apart from Hanibal

He was clearly the best. Very very comfortable on the ball. Maybe lacked a killer pass but may be a bit to do with the options he had. Was also consistently fouled. If he could get a Prem team loan I reckon that would be good for him.

Depressing that the most discussion on here is about a shit preseason friendly against a nothing football club, rather than the takeover which has been forgotten about for the last 2 months.

Hannibal was a class above the rest. Reckon there is a player there, but he's got play midfield IMO, don't think he has the speed to play close to goal.

That’s it, season over, sack ETH, that’s a disgrace losing to Wrexham 3-1.
Should see the way other teams are commenting on this, Chelsea went a full strength side we went our second B team haha

Rumours that McTonimay is off to west ham we might do a double deal him and Maguire

Dont know a lot about the kid, without watching a youtube package whats he like? Happy to finally look at replacing Glass Martial.

He’s raw but there’s great potential there imo, think he’ll suit ETH’s system.

Very strong striker, scraps a lot, can hold up the ball well, needs to work on finishing, also not the quickest but not a slouch
