Now that is a load of .... and you know it. Ronaldo will return. If Henry returned to Arsenal why wouldn't he?
Ronaldo will spend the next 2-3 years at Madrid before leaving for the MLS, that's the gut feel I get.

I'd love him to return, he's my all time favourite. Henry only returned for a small loan spell, couldn't see Ronaldo doing that.

Gary Neville says we've had a fantastic window so far but must be careful if we sell ADM, because we'll need to bring a star in to replace him.

LVG going on about needing a superstar suggests ADM is all but gone and is on the search for one. Who are the possible targets?

So apparently United aren't chasing a CB, it was Ramos or bust.

If LvG thinks we can win the title or even finish top three with our current CBs then he has lost the plot.

We've made some very positive signings but still need an excellent CB and a good to very good striker to contend with the better sides.

Agreed - a CB should have been the first order of business. But hey, more midfielders.

I can't see us challenging for the title if we don't buy a CB. Although, we did have the 4th best defence with 28 different defensive combinations. So you never know what will happen if everyone stays fit

With Darmian coming in and Shaw staying fit our defence should be fine, our main problem was having a new defence play every 2nd week because of injuries, id still like us to buy an experienced CB but no sure if any are available.

Darmian Smalling Rojo Shaw

I suppose that is serviceable. The question is how long before Smalling gets injured.
I think another factor is the likelihood of playing two in front of the back 4.

Darmian - Smalling - Rojo - Shaw

Carrick - Schneiderlin

Mata Young

Depay
Rooney

Valencia - Jones - Blind - Blackett

Herrera - Schweinsteiger

Pedro?? Pereira

Januzaj
Hernandez

Ramos or bust? lol can't believe that. It turns out in the end that he was using us anyway, ah well.

LVG is retiring in 2 years, and wants to win the CL title with United. Our defence is no where near strong enough to even get that far let alone win it.

Why aren't we going after Otamendi?

Herrera is in our strongest line-up, probably play him where Mata is and Mata pushes out wide. Young makes way.

Can definitely see Rooney and Depay playing upfront together, for some reason I'm excited about that prospect.
