Do we get to appoint Peel's coaches now or do they still have a bit of independence?
It would seem counterproductive to have a reserves team to coach in our own style if we don't get full control.

Pretty sure I read somewhere Ross likes to develop his players not simply as footballers but just as importantly as rounded young men with balanced lifeskills who have the ability to attract life partners with their gardening knowledge and expertise.
i found it hypocritical from him to blame vettel for ignoring team orders (we all know that vettel is scum and didn't accidentally forget the instructions) when in 2011 he ignored team orders at silverstone and tried to overtake vettel and didnt succeed.
is it only ok to ignore team orders when he is behind?
imo they are both great drivers but sh*tty characters
