So the President is conducting an internal review of the club! The review needs to be conducted independently by someone with expertise in that area and the Board needs to be at arm's length from the review so that it can judge the recommendations objectively and act without fear or favour!
The Tigers have a history of compromise and acceptance of mediocrity. The standards set at the very top filter through the entire club. Right now the club still entertains a conflict with the Football Director holding the dual role of paid employee and a Director on the Board....in addition to his extensive range of roles.
Until the Board is prepared to set the highest of standards from the top, then nothing will change!!
