Was just flicking through your list and you do have some players I think we'd be interested in. Namely Simon Goodwin, Matthew Bode, Graham John****, Ian Perrie and Brett Burton.

Goodwin and Bode in particular would do wonders in our midfield.

That would be like me saying you give us Yze for James Gallagher;)

He was joking. Schell and Marsh are Adelaide's versions of the Gerg.

Jamar, along with Belly, Smithy and Rivers, will be a 200 gamer for the club. Just how did he get through to the Rookie Draft? No way we will trade him, and I've spoken to him before and he said he loved it at Melbourne and didn't want to go home.

Once again Crows: Thanks for letting us draft all these GUN South Australians!

I'd think about giving you Goodwin for your first pick in the draft +Jamar an maybe something else. Take it or leave it.

I wouldn't just leave that deal, I would p iss on it.

Don't forget Goodwin is a damn good player. And you need another good, top class, AA midfielder right now to block the holes that Woey and Powell left. Goodwin still has 6-8 years of god footy ahead of him.

Goodwin is a damn good player, yes.

Jamar could be something very special.
Pick 3 (around where we will get) should be a damn good player.
And you want more than that as well?

The club wouldn't even entertain the offer I would think.

Fair enough, but ...

From all reports Jamar's form hasn't been all that great this year. Whilst supporters would not let a trade like this occur, would the club go for it attempting to get a quick fix in Goodwin to try and please the fans, giving them some hope or would they scrap the next few years and completely rebuild for a shot at a future premiership.

Never has there been a more appropriate time for one of CFH's "You are an idiot" pics. :D

LOL, It's better than throwing up trades which help the opposition. You said in another thread that you thought the Dees needed Goodwin. May as well play hard ball. You also said that you think Jolly has done better than Jamar. In another thread you also said you would swap Goodwin for your priority draft pick. So I'm am just simply bargaining.

What reports are you reading?
Jamar started slowly in the ones, but has now worked past Jolly as our number 2 ruck option. If he keeps going this way, the number 1 option in the ruck could be his.

We have 3 good ruckman, and I doubt very much the club would trade the one that has been improving the whole time he was at the club along with a pick that could land the next Judd, and another player, for a player mid way through his career.

What is the big deal with Mark Jamar? He's 19 & strong. However he is slow, inexperienced, has poor skills, takes 1 contested mark a week (doesn't even get to enough contests, see slow & inexperienced)

The kid could develop into a great ruckman but he's a hell of a long way off at the moment. He does have the build to carry the role however he needs a huge dose of skills practice & much improved contested marking before he can be considered a number 1 ruckman. He's a few years off it yet.

Jeff White is so far ahead of Jolly & Jamar it's ridiculous!

Shhhhh, we've got to keep pumping Jamar up to the point Crows supporters would be happy to do a straight swap, Goodwin for Jamar ;)

Finally a demons supporter who actually calls it as he sees it. Jamar is a good prospect but he is far from untouchable. In fact if Jamar is considered untouchable then Melbourne are in a much bigger trouble than I thought.
