I gave it a go. You Tube does not support .asf files and I cant convert to their recomended files without either paying for the software or downloading from a site that I don't trust.

Compared Lyon to Roos.. Same school of thought, with slight differences
His role, to improve stoppages from deep defense through to forward line, improve scoring opportunities from these.
Goal to score 100 points or more whilst squeezing the life out of opp scoring opps. Wants to keep the Dockers attacking flair whilst enhancing a hard defensive edge.
Boys are very fit this preaseaon. The focus is on excellence in everything we do.
Less talk time at training. Briefed before hand then go out and do it!!
Intelligence of players is key. Ability of them to absorb game plan is important, some are better than others.
Glad that people have noticed that more players are on the track and firing, this is a key KPI. Injury mangement is extremely important.
Recognised the rivarly between us and West Coast.

Stone's track record has to be right up there.
Also, besides being head coach, Lyon brings with him experience as a midfield coach with the Swans and experience working with fitness coach Dave Misson at the Saints.
Along with Suma, our coaching department has improved tremendously in knowledge and experience.
