How So? Thought port won the flag under Williams last year?
I don't how that comment has bitten him on the arse. Losing midfielders is another matter though. I wouldn't draw too many conclusions at this stage anyway. Port wouldn't be the first team to suffer the hangover and they have a few injury problems.

If you make a statement like that you have to back it up. It would be different if he had said before the game 'i'll prove him wrong', but to say it after the game and then come out like they have this year, we ll I would suggest it has bitten him on the arse.
When the siren goes to end a grand final, its over, people turn off the TV and look toward the Spring Racing Carnival, there was no point making a statement like that, it's the last thing people remember from that day, and it has bitten him on the arse!

I thought he did back the comment up by winning the premiership and letting Scott know what he thought. Scott suggested that they wouldn't win the premiership, let alone make the finals in the first place.

Mark Williams had said countless times that he would prove Allan Scott wrong and he did. So tell me again how Mark Williams was wrong.
