Does this mean Leicester > Tottenham?

: just taking the piss, I know some Spur supporters whom I don't want to genuinely upset :

Leicester City vs Tottenham 12:00 AM 23/08

Soon…

Anyway, we’re still an hour away, but let’s take a look at the squad:

Well, there we are, the Tinkerman at work!

4-4-2:

Kasper
De Laet-Huth-Morgan-Schlupp
Albrighton-King-Drinkwater-Mahrez
Vardy-Okazaki

Which can become 5-2-1-2:

Kasper
Albrighton-De Laet-Huth-Morgan-Schlupp
King-Drinkwater
Mahrez
Vardy-Okazaki

Or 3-5-2:

Kasper
De Laet-Huth-Morgan
Albrighton-King-Drinkwater-Mahrez-Schlupp
Vardy-Okazaki

Biggest surprise is the inclusion of De Laet into the XI, and a lack of Wasyl altogether., I know there was talk about Nugent on the way out (surely just rumours and nothing more?) but the lack of Nugent concerns me. Maybe it is just for sub purposes, Hammond is our only other recognised midfielder other than Kante, and we certainly can’t have Nugent in centre midfield (though that would be extremely interesting).

Sorry Jatz, it doesn’t look like Chilwell will get his gig this time around. Then again, kid’s only 18, he’ll come on soon enough.

Strategy here is to keep Sunderland guessing and run the defense rugged with Okazaki and Vardy. Then come about 60 mins, we release Kante and Kramaric and finish them (Ulloa would be the third, though I'd really like a Fuchs/Ulloa combination). I expect formations to be very fluid, so we change on the fly to give us maximum flexibility. Expect to see a highly energetic game from us, which will last the full 90 mins as we bring on more pace and clinical finishing to get the job done.

Last year, nil-all was the flavour, time for us to gut some Black Cats.

GO FOXES!
