Frawley probably wouldn't be the worst option.
Or Rivers if he comes up, IIRC he didn't play in Round 1.

Franklin only kicked 1 on Rivers last year when they played and I think that Rivers was off the ground at the time

Could you provide some evidence of this, is sounds more like something that happened in my dreams than real life. I think Rivers will be too slow as will Frawley. Probably James MacDonald, or Bailey may do what he did against Carlton and send Brock to Mitchell, not as a tag but to play accountable footy when we dont have possession and vice versa try and make mitchell accountable for brock.
Rivers is the man for Buddy, it is easy best backman plays on best forward. Some say he is to slow to short, well newsflash most people are to slow and to short not agile enough for buddy but rivers is our best option.
It is a shame carroll is injured becuase i feel he is a good match up for roughy i feel frawley will get the job now, and like wise wheelan on willams, bell will go to him now.

Franklin kicked 1.3 that day and I remember a few of his shots were when Rivers was caught out due to stupid rotations.

I think brock did pretty well on Judd having 30+ touches, Judd was unaccountable but was still best on ground and will probably get 3 brownlow votes, so it got McLean a lot of the ball but Judd still had a massive impact, we really need someone to shut him out of the game.
Bartram did the job on McLeod really well on Sunday so he should be first choice to play on Mitchell. They're different types of players but if Bartram is going to become an elite tagger he needs to be able to compete with different styles of players.
