I thinks it's time to give arnot his chance!
Has all the tools to make afl.. Big body, tough, tackle machine..
Perfect opportunity to have a crack against the dees..

Sometimes ppl forget that it's harder to play at the lower level
Of the vfl.. So you can't expect him to be carving it up every week..
Unleash those big guns this week!!

Rest Ivan and Cotch. Tucky and Knights out. In: Arnot, O'Hanlon, Vickery and give Helbig another shot.

Edit: wait that's one too many. Has anyone seen much of O'Hanlon this year? He's not injured is he?

We shouldn't get ahead of ourselves and rest players unnecessarily.

We have proved over the years (eg Gold Coast) we have the ready ability to lose the games we shouldn't.

Regardless of how poor they were last week and have been, Melbourne could play one out of the box and we need to be prepared for this. Should they continue to play at the level otherwise demonstrated we should be pushing to win the game as comfortably as possible and take whatever percentage we can. Other teams do this well, again this is not typically a strength of ours.

O'Hanlon will be out injured for a few more weeks yet I think

I'd almost prefer that Melbourne had flogged Gold Coast, still think we'll thrash them though

I hate flirting with form...
Still haunted by our two losses to The G/Coast & last year we 'rested a couple' from memory.

Demons unless they really are waxing their Rossignols will give some sort of a yelp and although I'm finding it hard to worry about losing, I would spit chips if we win by a few only.
We can't pass up the opportunity to bolster our %.... may well be vital later in the season considering we dropped the Freo game.
Other teams win by over a 100, I don't want to just win.

Cotch - if fit he plays... same for Ivan.

Arnot does seem a nice replacement for Tuck though...

Really hope he gets a game against the Dees this week. Hopefully his aggression won't be a liability (like Jackson a few years back). Can play hard but fair :thumbsu:

O hanlon is injured unfort, i reckon he would have beeb perfect for knights, should only be 2 or 3 away

iI wouldnt mind seeing petterd played in Knights position, He has the ability to kick 3-4 goals

Absolutely.

Think you'll see a vastly better player up forward then what we've seen down back. In fact we've already seen it at Melbourne. I assumed that's why we got him in the first place.
