Downhill skiing is all well and good but are you confident he can stand up when our structures break down? I was for the last 2 years until 2 weeks ago. I want to see what he's got when our backs are to the wall.He was sensational on the inside today. Got so many contested ball.
That "soft" label has to be dropped after today's perforamnce.
He was great today. Doesn't change what he dished up 2 weeks ago though.Selfish game with barely any targets hit. How many of his 42 touches were turnovers.
Spell in the WAFL needed.

I have to chime in here, Rosa has never been any different. He is soft as butter, shirks contests and just bombs long at every opportunity.
Brown just isn't a League Player sorry. When he went up for a mark with one arm I just thought out loud - HACK!!!!!
Its all good though, we were never going to beat Essendon with those outs anyway.

Read the thread. My answer is in there. But if you want to go around in a circle again be my guest.Who didn't play bad 2 weeks ago?

Last week he was good when it mattered but still not a real test. Today the whole team held firm. I'm still worried that if things really do go pear shaped and our midfield is getting smashed, will he change from an outside to player and put his body on the line. I'd like to see a bit more before I'm totally comfortable about him.You watched those couple of marking attempts/attacks on the ball last week, didn't you? Yes, I know you'll come back and say but when our backs are to the wall. I thought our backs were against the wall in the first half.....

Great call. That was me being polite to those who keep saying he is soft. In some way I'm trying to enlighten them, get them to open their observatory senses, not view through beer focals.
I thought he was dead in one of those contests, expected to see the undertaker scraping his carcass off the Subi turf.....
Hadn't seen this before.
LOL on both accounts of both players.
One very good game. Good on him. He has a place in the side but he needs to bring this form forward and stand up in games we loose as well as win.
He's not bad considering he would be our 7th mid imo.
