Is there a source for this? The website is showing about 20k, if we really are above 25k it should be updated.

I hope this is true but I do find it hard to believe seeing I called the club only three weeks ago and we were on 19K. Happy to be proven wrong

It just hasnt been updated mate, the club usually updates it every 2-3 weeks. I know last week Stynes said we were over 22k so i wouldnt be suprised if we were around 23-24k now.

If 25K is the updated figure it may be that AFL membership renewals fell due on the 30th and those numbers from club support packages have been added on.

That is Great Numbers Guy's. For Melbourne to have 22K member's so far is Just Great! You should get around 32K members in 09 I think!

I know that at the moment Hawthorn 36,000 members then Essendon has 31,000 and then Collingwood with 30,000 as the leading Vic Clubs!

Spoke to the club today and we are at 20,300, Slowed up a bit. I think we'll get around 31,000 If we can show some sort of form early.

Really? I'm sure i heard Stynes on the radio a few weeks ago saying we were over 22k. Ahh well. I know my family still need to get our memberships sorted so will do that soon.
