Deserves a late first rounder. However, all the top end teams bar Hawthorn have an abundance of premium inside midfielders except for Hawthorn and arguably Geelong.

Hawthorn are going after Mitchell and O'meara, where as Geelong doens't have a first round pick at all.

A mid first rounder is unlikely to be obtained, so probably will be a second rounder+sweetener

Freo are on the wait and see model. See what we can get, if it's not enough keep him. Wouldn't do this for all players, but Barlow is something special.
