In todays Herald Sun Uncle Mike has written a piece on the Bullflogs celebrating the 1961 Grand Final. I didnt think much of it until I read a little more and remembered that Hawthorn actually beat the Bullflogs to claim their first flag.

In the article Mike writes teams such as Collingwood, Carlton, Essendon and Hawthorn would scoff at the idea of celebrating a losing Grand Final.

Some old timer justified the celebration by claiming it has been a long time betwen drinks. WTF.

they are reuniting to commemorate losing a GF. loser culture. it would have been more appropriate if they reunited for the 2010 NAB Cup victory.

I saw the article in the paper today just thought LOL WUT and didn't bother read it there were a couple of good photos of the old timers with some schooners though
