If he wins the Doncaster will you admit he's better than average?
seth
thanks for that seth. yes i do think he is a ****er, i think he should stick to tipping winners at rockhampton on a tuesday!!
you and this fool keep undermining her achievements but she still continues to win group 1s and taking the next step. she looked in trouble with about a furlong to go, but like a champion filly, she dug deep and pulled out everything to slaughter what was an average oppostion.
he talks about her beating weak oppositon, he has shot himself in the foot, haradasun comes out and wins a gr1 against open class gallopers. if haradasun can win outside his own age group, im certain miss finland can too!!
Any comment on the times factor?
I see she went a staggering 2 seconds slower than Tipungwuti's race.

Time explains nothing unless we're talking 2yo sprinters. If you dont understand that you have no business on a racing web site.Yep,but she's never run time in any of her wins.
I realise punters dont care but the discussion is not whether she can continually beat 3yo's.If she doesnt run the time,it goes a long way to explaining why she cant win at open Gp 1 level.

Beating up on the same horses youve already beaten up on isnt taking the next step. Its standing still not achieving anything that hasnt already been achieved.

Im looking forward to the explanation of this one.
Should we not bother with timing races then?
Posters here get awfully upset when presented with the facts.
Yes,for the 1000th time, she's an exceptional 3yo,thats where it ends ATM.
She's won 5 age GP1's,she's better than her other 3yo's
When/if she wins an open GP1,we can consider her better than a great 3yo.
Of course, she wont do it as a 3yo now because they have correctly decided to take the $$$,racing the same horses she continues to beat.
To suggest anything else is romantic fantasy.
Happy to be proved wrong if she finds 5 lengths & becomes a dominant WFA machine.
Have heard it all before though with dozens of star 3yo's,still waiting.

She beat a horse that won at Gp 1 so OBVIOUSLY she will win at GP 1.
What sort of fractured logic is that?
What would you expect Hayes to say? He knows that her record has a gap in it & you can tell it rankles him.At least he was the one earlier in the year admitting that if she failed at WFA (which she did),they would go the soft option of the 3yo races & the Arrowfield.
He aint silly,if she was the world beater that this board thinks she is,why wasnt she in Dubai like Singleton & Jones wanted her to be?
Youre correct about one thing,he knows his horse.
Youre very big on picking one example,eg Haradasun/Iglesia.
Nothing is that simple but to say times are irrelevant is laughable.
Times are part of a pattern,if that pattern shows that a horse continually struggles to compete at the elite level, its logical she needs to lift.
This discussion is rather pointless,MF wont be racing the older horses as a 3yo so her record remains:2 starts, both unplaced.
If she does it at 4,good for her.

Tuesday Joy beat fillies & mares, hardly an open Gp1.

Where did I say Singleton owned her?
Youre making this up as you go along.
Keep assuming you know what people think, its great stuff.
You even know that MF is lazy, what a remarkable skill you have.
This is a discussion board, why get personal? I didnt resort to insults, you think you're right, thats all that truly matters isnt it?
Let it go,the horse will prove one of us right eventually.
