I agree with fryingpan on this one. I once got an infraction for calling someone an idiot; I mean seriously, how bad is that? I know this is BigFooty and it’s different to other forums, but I think on every other forum on the net people call each other a lot worse and there is no punishment.

And as for a secret forum, that's rubbish. And that brings me to my next point, why does the Locker Room even need to be secret, not sure why it exists at all but that’s a different story entirely. I guess it all comes back to how it’s moderated. It could be a good addition but I’m still not sold.

And finally, BigFooty is by far the strictest forum I’ve come across. I’ve been far from an angel but I’ve got quite a few infractions for IMO rather petty things. I'll shut up now.

The bullying is the aggressive tone you seem to frequently take. 'IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO ELSEWHERE!' Its similiar to the rednecks who tell people 'if you dont like Australia, leave!' whenever they see a social problem which they want to address. When someone is trying to discuss a point, in a thread that i would have assumed you started for that reason, and your response is to tell them to leave, its not only disrespectful, its threatening. Especially when taken in context with the 'clean out' youve threatened in the last few months, and the ease with which your throwing cards around.

It's not secret you just have to be a logged in. As it is a board that has restrictions on it, this is part of the software that we use.

I hear you loud and clear on this. The main reason I don't post much at all is the fact it is such a goody goody site. In real life we all get called names on a daily basis, get told to F*** off regularly, etc. Come on here, call someone a W***** when he/she is being a w***** and suddenly you are threatened with a suspension. Most of the name calling in real life is from the younger members of society. I find this to be a very hypocritical site in a lot of ways. However, it has one major plus going for it and that is the news on your club, or players leading into the draft is very very good.

i actually agree with drummond here. I was carded once for calling a freo fan (in a freo board) a knobjockey. the strange thing was i was the victim in a mass of abuse from the freo supporters. and i was the only one who was carded.

last time i checked knobjockey wasn't in the websters dictionary!

My suggestion for a hidden thread is a spelling and use of the AUSTRALIAN ENGLISH one.
