Monday Training

Anyone heading down to the recovery/training sesh tomorow? I spoke to a few players after the game and they said they should be at the club at 9.30 but possibly heading down to the beach.
I'm going to get down there and make the most of my last days in WA, I've been dying to watch a training session after seeing all the pre season reports.

What beach do they usually head to?

Quick summary from this morning, quite uneventful really:
main group headed to beach for recovery and I just caught them coming back.
Walters, Fyfe, mundy, hinkely, Bucovz and Truffles were
doing laps.
Barlow was running well but I didn't see any ballwork.
Ballas looked a bit off, he could hold a mark let alone a handball for most ofthe session.
Shaunie Mac took a Pitty Hilly and Hinks for some precision foot skills runs at the end and I was really surprised how well all 3 of these guys can kick on both sides.
On a side note Mcmanus looks like he could slip on a jumper and still play at his best, looks ultra fit.

It was really great to finally get to a training sesh and it was good to meet a some fellow posters aswell!

Thanks Seppo. Sounds like all the boys who didn't play yesterday were doing a bit of running. I would of liked to see Walters play yesterday.

Saw the video of Barlow running on the Freo facebook page and it looks pretty good - he seems to be moving very freely
