Lot of people are Saying Rounds has Huge Potential but I think Blight has as much or More Potential. Like Blight Size and He can play Heaps of Positions and Rounds will mostly play as a Smaller Player as a Wingman or a Flanker.

Both Players Packages:

Blight -
Good Size,Good Speed,Courageous.Awarness,Pentrating Kick on Both Feet,Win his Own Contested Ball and his Courage

Rounds - Super Athelete,Dual Sided and Can win his own ball.

What are your Thoughts who has the Most Potential

At this stage in their careers it really is unfair to judge but Blight is deffinately a gifted athlete who also possess a good football brain and good courage. How he grows into his body, adapts to AFL level and a permenant role will determine how he comes on but he is almost the defenition of potentail

Well Agree that we can't be anywhere sure what they will become but I am just saying who do you think who has the more of it and Who would possibly be the better players - Both Be Guns those.

Fair enough Blight is exacly what Potential is and Hope he can grow into a Position and Be great there at it

Thanks for some good Input Those Shawthing09

I am more excited by Blight - about whom I am the most excited from amongst all our 08 draftees. I just think that he has what it takes to really nail an attacking half back position (for which we have ample competition...). Hopefully he gets an extra couple of cms and can put on the extra 6 or 7 kgs.

For what it is worth though, I don't think there is much point in comparing them to each other anymore, since they are both on our list and different types of players.

I rated them both highly before we drafted them... I think Rounds could possibly add more to the side because we need mids and we need pacy ones, however I think Blight might have the greater potential.

Having said all that, I really have no idea what I'm talking about, and it's December and neither have played even a VFL game. :o

I'm ridiculously outnumbered at the moment, 7-1. I only rated Rounds because he's from around here :(

It's a bit too early to tell.
I agree but I just want to get early Impressions

rounds is far more polished than blight and history suggests if your disposal isnt advanced by the time you get drafted it is unlikely it will improve enough to take you to the next level.[ marty clarke is the exception, the guys a freak ] blight has potential but we have all heard that before.i was pleasently surprised at rounds video footage i think we have definately snagged one there, reminds me of a young tarkyn.
