Looks like people are claiming the $830 seats & not freeing up any unfortunately.
Still 2 weeks of people to go, so lots more chances for people to move.

Only a very small percentage would be in the first hour, and lots of them may not have even looked yet. Also People work, so may not be able to change till tonight. And most supporters aren't tragics like us on bigfooty .

Blue and gold area won't free up more though, as I don't think anyone would be allocated there.

I reckon beside the people who voluntarily downgrade due to cost or upgrade to premium terraces there will be little movement as people won't give up their allocated seats to get something worse. Which is the problem with allocating the seats all at once.

Can anyone confirm if you are able to select seats over multiple rows in a block when changing?

Can't confirm but it seems possible from what people have said. Not sure if there is a minimum number of seats involved to allow this.

True enough - some poor sods are at work and not watching the clock tick on their seat secure window - me - well I'm on leave for 3 months - so I've got some time available. :)

Yeah nothing to move into. Great ****ing work allocating everyones seats before windows to move opened up. Idiots.

Only reason they did it like this is so they can lock in members quicker and start invoicing us, to get in what they really only care about - $$$

Probably moot as it seems to be very difficult to move seats now.

(It is past noon window opening & I am more than narky atm)

As my window has been and gone I've lost track of how it works.

For you guys now if your window is open today does it stay open until the end of the process? Or does it shut as another one opens? Surely it stays open til the end, meaning if you're patient enough and wait for other windows to open, hopefully there will be plenty of switching going on? Wouldn't this go someway to solve the issue of allocating everyone at once?

Everyone's windows are open to the 27th. You just get a 'head start' - but unless you were one of the first people to snap up the $830 tickets this morning, it may not be big benefit.

So much for whinging about prices, no one has moved out of the good seats lol

People with good seats were never going to move from good seats. I always though the good seats on thr wing were going to go up in price from the $835 to around the 1k mark since the ground was so much better. With it remaining the same, everyone was going to clamber for them. Pity those that had them at Subi had no opportunity to keep them.

Yeah. It is more people like myself who have gone from 380 to 610 cost wise with a position slightly worse in a pocket (Block 109). Don't mind paying the extra but there are way better seats in that price range that what we have been offered.

10 year member here who has gone from prime spot at ground level on the wing to the nose bleed section. My window doesn’t even open up until the 24th so I doubt I will have any chance of moving.

There will still be approx 4000 places to choose from...hopefully not all single seats.
Depending on how big your group there should still be better options.
