If inspiration is what you want, this would be my choice. Not that I expect many to agree for obvious reasons:

Great song and excellent clip. Really liked their music but they ended up being sold short with that terrible tubthumping song.

Got all the Terry Brown produced albums on vinyl,a bit worse for wear after getting a shellacking.

Yep same here. Had to order them all in too. The local store wouldn’t dare stock them.
In more recent times have really enjoyed Ayreon. Great mix of science fiction and prog.
