Some might see it as not important, but he said he wanted to do something about it last time he was asked, and then when the opportunity arose, nothing was done. It's more about telling the members one thing and then doing another.
Then ask him why the footy department is nowhere near the best in the land.

Others already have. I still think we can take big leaps forward in this regard at the end of this year. It's not something that can be done overnight, as much as we wish it could. An example of this is how we have brought in guys like Binuk Kodituwakku to the club and the effect they are having. There are contracts involved regarding footy department staff that we are very much left in the dark over.

There’s nothing worth asking that would be answered and anything worth hearing ends up being for muffin eaters ears only. Did we even get a report on the last one? Where was this last year? Perhaps ask him why he goes completely missing when it’s hitting the fan but miraculously reappears when there’s good news.

Does he regret interfering in list management decisions by telling them to 'get it done' regarding the Gibbs trade? Does he think that is appropriate for his non football position and being a relative newcomer to AFL.
Maybe don't open with that

1. NGA - can fans be given a list of eligible players? If not, why not? Are we trying to hide the fact there are barely any players in our NGA squad actually eligible to us only?
2. Logo. Consistently club has said this is not a priority but it’s the one major embarrassing thing that ties us to the Trigg era of failure. Set the theme for a new era like other great clubs have done (Hawks, Cats, Pies, WC).
3. Can we confirm no major altering to the clash guernsey to put the raptor head onto it?
4. Is there going to be club room at the new parklands facility?
5. Is the club going to properly resource it’s coaching department next season after initially promising a league leading department?
6. Is the club exploring avenues for expanding its revenue in order to fund the football program adequately?

We seem to have successfully contained Brett Burton's ability to stink up the joint. When are we going to **** off Ben Hart, put him somewhere he can't do damage, and get a decent forward coach?

Or to put it more diplomatically:

Based on 2019 performance so far, is senior management considering any changes to the coaching line-up?

With the soft cap on football spend, it's reported only one club is over the cap... Would we be a club that is willing to overspend if there was an opportunity to improve our football department and pay the tax? and I guess what would it take (profit?) to be willing to pay it? Or does the club (like most others?) just think it's not worth it?

What are they doing to make Adelaide as a club more attractive to potential staff with no previous connection to the state?

I believe the We Fly As One membership strategy is a good one, will the club try and get out ahead of the AFL audit "fake members" stories this year? (I've noticed official AFL/media articles that will "*includes free members" our count, but not do the same for other categories that wont be counted)

Excuse my ignorance, what’s a soft cap and how does it work in AFL.

This. :thumbsu:

Also, can the club pinpoint any reasons behind the drop off in crowd numbers this year? (Adelaide Oval novelty factor wearing off? 2018 performances? Cost?)

The AFL soft cap covers a club's football department and is aimed, similar to the player salary cap, to provide parity amongst the 18 clubs nationwide.

"The soft cap is $9.5 million in 2018, not including the separately capped player payments of $13.6 million (including club marketing deals). The AFL view, as put to the clubs, is that the soft cap – which requires clubs to pay a 100 per cent tax if they exceed the limit – has created a more equal competition than in the days before its introduction in 2015."
