On Sam Iles, I think he's a glowing example of footballer first. He's got the physical attributes to a more than satisfactory level but much like Rieschbieth he just presents like someone who should be playing AFL. He has played senior football in the Southern Premier League for Clarence, along with top prospects for next year in Jack Riewoldt and Mitchell Thorp, a lot of the year.
I watched almost all the games he played at VFL level and he just seemed at home, at a senior level.
Todd Grima will be a steal if he clears the Pre-Season draft. Reminds me of Jarrad Waite a lot with his agility.
It is really interesting at how Tassie players get branded because they don't play TAC cup anymore and they're in division 2. I think what a lot of people forget is that Tassie recruits have, more often than not, played atleast a season of senior football in the SFL or NTFL. In the case of Lonergan, Grima and Iles they where playing VFL games, at a period where the Devils where really hard to break into.
