yeah, i guess some your brethren have been doing a wee bit of trolling, should be banned! Can the Moderators either lock the thread already or do their job as Moderators and warn/suspend some of these people? Seriously, I've seen first hand and from others also, cop warnings and/or suspension for far FAR less than what quite a few of these people here have been doing just today. Not naming names but its pretty bloody obvious. Just lock and delete the thread or something and move on. This is just ridiculous now.

Nah, because Saints supporters and Crows supporters weren't obnoxious.

Holy shit, mans cried to dad, and dad told him to toughen the **** up.Always nice to hear from our fan base.
Imagine my shock when seeing you haven’t reported a single post in this thread for us to look into.
How about ensuring you hold up your end of the bargain before mouthing off that we’re not doing our job properly?
Sound good? Deal.
The same backline more or less made a prelim last year. It definitely need upgrades but it’s not the “disaster” that you think it is. Hinkley game plan makes things look a lot worse then what they are.
Thats the problem you have with drafting interstate players, you have to pay more to keep them if the teams in his home state come knocking. The same will be true of Harley Reid as well. Meanwhile, the Crows re-signed Thilthorpe for probably 800k a year when he would easily get 1.8 million a year if he put himself on the open market, maybe even more if a team is willing to pay TDK for 1.7-1.8 million a year, and he isnt a quarter of the player Thilthorpe is.That's crazy money.
Especially to retain one of your own players.
A good thing for St Kilda. If they had of lost him it would have set them back a long way.
Hinkley and he massively fail like he always hasSo who coached you up to the prelim last year?
We are all in that same situation with our interstate recruits. I imagine we are going to have a fun time in this same forum when Worrell, Keane, Rachele and Soligo all come up for contract renewals.Amen to that. We'll enjoy it for a time, and go back to freaking out about him leaving again 12 months from now.

Winning helps. Y'all didn't really need Nas, he would obviously have helped, but you've got a nicely balanced list and he would have taken a chunk of cap space. Now Port on the other hand...We are all in that same situation with our interstate recruits. I imagine we are going to have a fun time in this same forum when Worrell, Keane, Rachele and Soligo all come up for contract renewals.
Come on mate, be salty so I can use my South Park gif.Imagine if NWM still requests a trade after the BnF and Brownlow.
I'm kidding.
Congrats Saints, happy for ya. There is no reason to suggest after a couple more years, he gets even more invested in staying at the Saints long term and maybe even on a more team friendly deal.
Shaun McKernan.St Kilda is a destination for two things: mercenaries and fringe footballers.
I cannot recall a great footballer choosing to go to St Kilda - ever.
It's good that Nasiah Wanganeen Milera is staying for 2 more seasons.Apparently he doesn’t have a gf, and these guys tend to live in a bubble these days, and being an introverted type, he might not have any friends or family outside the club over here, so I think he would much rather be living in Adelaide.
Think he genuinely loves the club and his teammates though, and we do have the second-most indigenous players of any club, so that would have been a big part of the reason he’s staying.

I rather saints sign him for 4 more years and contract him until 2029 which makes Gina free agent
Well I don't you or your fellow saints mates stressed out in mid 2027 with random speculation dragged out again lolHey leave Gina out of this!
You would have a point if the reason TDK was leaving was anything but a significant bump in salary (reported at ~600K+ per year). And names in the media mean very little. Now that NWM has re-signed it looks like the one-month long trade radio is going to be a snooze fest. Easy way to get some engagement is by talking about trading Carlton players.Non-destination clubs are clubs that players leave, not clubs that players are joining.
Here's an example to help:
TDK is leaving a club under free agency. The club he leaves in a non-destination cub. A losing club, if you like.
TDK is joining a club under free agency. The club he joins is a destination club.
You can do this with other names as well. Names in the media like McKay, Curnow, Walsh etc. Try it.
So irrelevant you are talking about them in a NWM thread? How the once mighty VFL relic of a bygone era have plummeted into irrelevancy. Let them rot!
You were wrongThen you have two options. Lose him for no picks whatsoever, or take the best deal you can get with some late firsts.
Try explaining to the AFL in 5 years time why you should get a PP when you said no to multiple first round picks.
Try explaining that to your list managers who are trying to rebuild the team and wont have multiple first round picks to use to do that.
All the tough talking doesnt meet reality.
Yeah god forbid they be set back from 11th...A good thing for St Kilda. If they had of lost him it would have set them back a long way.
