Bucks has been very diplomatic about players since he became coach, he previously made a comment about getting off the bus and now this comment about Freeman, I for one think Bucks ain't sorry to see the back of Freeman especially if he was asking big $$$$
What's this getting off the bus you talking bout?

A common question to gauge the professionalism of a player is how have you overcome injuries and dealt with adversity.

till you are in that position no one really knows how they handle it.
questions will be ask and answers given, but till that pressure comes, no one knows.
if his dad is involved big time that itself could be a major problem between all parties

A really good one should but i understand your point.

I dont want to sound extremely arrogant here but i have hired people for a long period of time (10 years) and think my sense of judge of character is very good. I actually dont think i have got many wrong if any.

but the point is you have. and mistakes happen no test or interview is 100% full proof even with the best

By the way, who is Nathan Freeman, and what does he do?

Seriously 108 pages on someone who thinks he is better off leaving because he may not be good enough to get a game in our seniors?

Who wants someone like this? Oh wait, St Kilda does.
It will probably be proven to be correct but at this stage I see he reasoning as a lame excuse to take the money on offer whilst he still can.

...about the money.
But it isn't the same thing. Leaving because you are offered $1m compared to $750k is abut the money. If you were offered $25 it is an insult. Obviously these are exaggerated numbers for the sake of a point and we don't actually know any of the numbers but your assumption is not supported by the quote. What I am more concerned about is the same ting that I've been concerned about for a few years and that's the continued flow of exits. Even if it was about the money it would be simplistic to leave it at that. It's rarely completely and rarely never about the money. It's generally a factor and generally only one. As expected the latest round of exits are all 100% justified, nothing to do with Collingwood and 100% irrelevant to our list build.

What's this getting off the bus you talking bout?

Its a term that Bucks has been using with the playing group meaning that we are all travelling as one in the same direction. Dane Beams in a media conference after being traded to Brisbane made a reference to it saying with a grin "I guess I'm off the bus now".

Dane Beams should have said "sorry bucks but I have changed bus's, the one I'm on is about to crash".
I bet Daisy wished he didn't listen to Mick as he definitely got on the wrong bus.

Oh and Bucks said something critic about Freeman taking issues with him to the Saints. I'm sure your culture will set him straight.

I have heard some Whispers on Here and Social Media.

Like he did not take his Rehab Seriously and went out Drinking during it

What sort of bus - tour or commuter? A luxury bus with on board entertainment and a toilet? Or the type of bus that's always stopping to let people on and off? Who is driving the bus? Bucks? Does he have an appropriate licence endorsement? Is this bus the only vehicle Bucks employs to motivate the boys?

Perhaps Nathan Freeman, Dayne Beams and others who have left aren't keen on bus travel. Personally I prefer trains, particularly over long distances. On a train, there would be room for the players' wives, girlfriends, friends and family. There's space to wander about, with maybe a dining car and first class sleeping berths to give the boys a bit of privacy.

In any event, if Beams and others are eluding to it in their farewell interviews, this bus metaphor is obviously causing concern. Maybe a convoy of cars travelling in the same direction might suit the boys better, avoiding the claustrophobic crush of an entire playing list, coaches and officials crammed into the one compartment.

I don't know it's really about changing buses reckon when Beams and Thomas left the club it was more like this....

I respect your preference for trains but i would like to point out some things;
Busses with the bendy middle, like a magical t traveling accordion.
Double decker buses, possibly with an open top to enjoy some rare Melbourne sunshine.
Touring buses with the small 13"television at the front.
I think Bucks has taken these into consideration and made the correct choice in analogies
