It's pretty gay that:
A. There's no list of these leftover players.
B. Draft has started and all team lists haven't been submitted to rizzo or delistings havent been made for those teams that didn't submit.

No, it's Melbourne's pick. 2nd rounder (or Pick#28) was traded by us to Melbourne as part of the Nicholson deal, as outlined above.
I believe Melbourne on-traded the pick to the Bulldogs, but I'm not 100% sure that particular trade went through.
Carlton's first pick is Pick #60.
