They did submit it in Europe much later than in the US, without really giving a reason why. On the NBA2k twitter they said they had submitted patch 3, when really it was just in the US.

Doesn't help when moderators on their official forums say this when asked a week ago:
It's a Sony thing, just like MS, They release it on their terms. Not sure why or what's the hold up but that just how Hardware companies work. NBA2K sent them (Sony & MS) the details almost 2 weeks ago and upon approval they release it to the masses. If I were you I would call you regional Sony representatives and see if they have anything to share.

Where in truth, 2K UK only posted that it was submitted days after the above message.
 
Need some help guys.

The only shoes I can use for my player in my player mode is 2k generic ones. There's no option to even see the other brands. I can change them for black top but not for the game.

I tried buying some nikes in the app for iPhone but I can't equip them. Anyone else had this trouble???
 
Patch has taken longer to install than it has to download. About two times longer so far...

What was the shit communication? "We've submitted the patch", just terrible.

If random people want to call up expecting some sort of resolution to questions that are in NO WAY their right to be asked or answered, then getting a shit answer isn't a companies fault.

It's your entitlement that's expecting an answer that you don't need to, or have any right to know.

2K directed people to contact Sony/MS as they had submitted the patch, who in turn said to contact 2k because they haven't received the patch.

Getting two different answers from companies is the definition of shit communication.

How long did it end up taking? Mine is currently installing and has been for quite some time...
I think it actually froze. Ps4 has been playing up since last update. I turned the console off manually (it froze putting it into standby mode so I pulled the plug). WaitEd for all the system checks and shit to finish and it was installed when I finally got back in.

yeah I have been having the same problem with my PS4 and had to do the exact same thing to get the update to install (pull the plug). Update said it was installed when I turned it back on and seems to be working fine.

Just played the one game of mycareer so far and it was a definite improvement. Teammates are far more useful which made it far more enjoyable.
