ok so in my second season I seemed to have increased my output going 5-0 to start the season with all except on victory being quite comfortable (10+ points)

Might up the difficulty to all star

In peoples opinions how much harder does the game get by upping the difficulty?

I always play at hall of fame. It teaches you how to get the most out of your player, using screens, set plays, cuts etc. Then as your attributes increase you can start cooking people 1v1 as well as all the other ways you've already learnt

Im a relative newbie to basketball games though. Only a 10-15 games ago I was losing more than winning on pro

Nah playing MyGM or MyLeague

MyCareer seemed boring and didn't get past the first game
 
I recommend opening the 10 pack Prime Super Series boxes, opened 1 and packed GO L Odom.

then opened 1 single Spotlight series pack and got GO D Booker.. no complaining here.
 
stepped up to All Star and lost last night

But it was 87-81 against Sacramento on 9 minute quarters and the big difference was their ability to cause turnovers with my passing as compared to Pro mode

Double tap Y (or Triangle) when there is another player cutting inside with you.

If you are running towards the basket and there is also an AI teammate running towards the basket with you.

I opened 1 pack (no VC ha) and got a GO KD. Not sure if I'll keep him or not yet.

I didn't post when I bought a box trying to Get MJ and Giannis and only got Amy's!

For real though, my luck is insane, I'm trying not to spend any more money because I don't need to improve my team but I just wanna see if I can keep the hot streak going.

Up to Sabonis, not bothering with the last 3 levels. Cards on the market now that are better than those rewards.

Ended up finishing off some sets to get tokens for Demar DeRozan off the token market. Glad I did, he's a beast.

I'm 20 cards away from the tier below (750 token reward), I'm 1 steam achievement away from finishing the game.

this has been going since this morning.
best I've got has been a diamond shoe, not a great one, only worth about 7k or so.
