Well, we've finally slipped below .500 :( Its Howard and then no one else. Turkoglu isnt up to standards. What's going on with Ariza atm? I think we need him.

Manu scored 24 straight for SA in a win over Atlanta.

Vince unleashed 46 points and Kidd gave 14 assists. Pity they lost!

Indiana and Milwaukee are into the 2nd overtime

Okafor has raked in 11 Offensive rebounds so far!

Bynum for Kidd??? I wouldnt do it. :thumbsd:

Indiana just won in double OT against the Bucks.

And something we didnt mention yesterday, Atlanta didnt hit a field goal in the 3rd! :D

D Wade with a shoulder injury is the buzz around Realgm. Apparently is in tears.

With Miami down for the count, I'd be putting my money on an Indiana vs Detroit ECF (again).

Detroit (9 from their last 10) should win it in 5 and go on to play a (hopefully severely injured and drained) Dallas side, and with Detroit's potent big man rotation and their strength at 1, 2 and 3 - they will be a shot.

And I will laugh, oh how I will laugh, as C-Webb takes the Finals MVP out for his hometown and Dirk commits suicide in the locker room.

Just so you know, he played with one eye today with no depth perception and still hit 18 on 80% shooting in 20 minutes game time.

He's back.

You've got to remember that Webber has 2 play both ends of the court.

Who can stay with Dirk on the permieter? Webb? Nup. Sheed? Nup.

The only one who could guard him is Prince, and he'll have his hands full with Josh Howard

I like the match up against them

On the flipside, who is going to guard both Webber and Sheed? And who is going to guard Chauncey and Rip?

Webber has lost mobility sure, but he's averaging close to 2 blocks a game since he arrived in Detroit, he isn't a slouch defensively, he just has some restricted movement.

I think Sheed can guard Dirk. I really like the look of Detroit against Dallas. I reckon Deroit would get killed by Phoenix, but against Dallas they have a shot.

here's another wrinkle. Webb and Sheed like to play outside a fair bit.

If they do, we can bring in Dev George who can stay with them on the perimter and put up some reistance down low, with Dirk moving to center.

Then we run the ball with Harris and Terry and we can exploit Webber and Sheed almost to the same extent that Phoenix can.

You gotta remember we can run with the Suns (won 6/8 against them) or play slow down with the Spurs (won the last 4 inc. 3 in SA) so we can match up with anybody

You guys are the most vesatile, no doubt - but Detroit aren't to be underestimated either.

You guys go small on defense and you just know Detroit's 1-2-3 are going to be cutting you to shreds through the lane.

You said yourself like a week ago, that Detroit is the team that worries you, and that you underestimated Webber big time. Seriously, as much as I talked him up, I didn't think he'd be this good. But he's a real threat, very few can play 20 minutes and score 20 points at a really high percentage. But he's doing it. And he's racking up the assists, rebounds and blocks as well.

What are you going to do if he starts playing 40 minutes in the finals? He's a worry, no doubt about it. At 20 minutes he's a major factor - but if he takes some painkillers and goes for double that in finals, I'd be scared (even as a Webber fanboy).

Well we wont have a big shot blocker to stop them, but Harris and Howard can keep them out of the lanes fairly well. We can bring in Greg Buckner who is a tough defender, and Anthony Johnson is the perfect build to play on Chauncey if he posts up. He may be too strong for Harris. Lots of options.

Whoa dude. ease on up there. He has surprised the ******** out of me. And he is a worry no doubt.

But he's putting up 13 pts, 7 rebs, 3 assists, 1 block in 30 minutes.

I'm not sure he could play 40 minutes, effectively at least

On one hand, shoulders are ********** of injuries pain wise

On the other hand, soft effort on the sook, especially with cameras around

Melo and AI combined for 69 points both together shooting at 64%. And yet we loss because they only had 36 shot attempts.

Whilst the team exluding AI and Melo shot at 31%....

Serious problems really... never again let the other players shoot, melo and AI should just do a gilbert arenas in every game and dont pass. It's really their team game thats losing for us.
