Where did you get that from? It seems We're the only bidder that has provided our plan to the relevant council but that's got nothing to do with the RSA process. The other bids will be just as detailed as ours and would outline exactly what each square metre would be used for.

Again, the community oriented weighting won't be diminished in other tenders because they haven't provided their details to the council. The tender is assessed on its merits, it's not a joint tender with council, that we threw them a copy won't impact anything.

Highly disappointed. Would prefer the club kept looking for options than go to Thebarton.

Honestly don't think there are a ton of locations available that don't involve moving the club way out, which everyone seems to be against.

If they're going to split locations, why not just put all the admin into one of the many vacant and affordable office spaces in the CBD, use the medical facilities at a nearby clinic, and rent out a spare oval in the parklands a few days a week for training, it makes about as much sense and costs a lot less.

Unless you mean to knock over some houses or the appartment building on Mackinnon across the road to build the HQ, it's as much a non-starter as any parklands location.
