I reckon if i walked past nba2k11 being played on a tv if it didnt have the player circles i would think its a real game

The best thing about this game will be none of the features in it, but what is to come. Everyone needs to remember that this game will be a 'foundation' game that will have different features built on top of it making it bigger and better.

I wouldn't go that far just yet. I think a lot of people are expecting a monumental difference from this years version to next. While it will still be pretty big, don't go expecting everything to jump in there as there'll probably still be plenty of stuff to work with on the gameplay side of things that will be first and foremost checked before the superfluous stuff gets added in. And let's face it, match reports/newspaper stuff is very superfluous to the main experience (same goes for the 'Sprite Slam Cam' type of stuff for the 'TV experience').

I think we really need to wait and see where this version is at before speculating as to what will and could be in next years.

I'd be more to saying "This year? No" "Next Year? Maybe" "3-4 years from now? Almost assuredly". Wouldn't want to go raising expectations of what features will be in so fast is all.

Yeah, good point. My only hope for this game is that it is fun. Anything outside of that will be seen as a bonus.

Pre-ordered my copy from EB Games a few days ago. The guy at the counter said that there had been over 40 pre-orders in the space of a couple of days.

This game is going to be huge.

I have the numbers of the stores with the most pre orders and there are only 2 in the country with over 40... one of them isn't that store

But Rocko is a very good store, the SM was trained by me. They are the 2nd best EB store in WA for overall performance

We've got a good spread as I like to think we have the best talent in the industry from all around Australia. We've got people from everywhere except the NT.

If some fresh blood arrives from OS then of course I corrupt them as best I can and they follow the mighty Bluebaggers!
