It's only 8 here, I've tried contacting my friends who were around the area (I was supposed to go, but decided to stay in with Dad) but their phones are predictably out of battery, or left to rung out.

There's no hotline or whatever to call, and I'm getting a bit frustrated even though pragmatically they should be fine.
