We are thinking of taking over the Victoria Kings in the RFFL because they are a bot side.

Ok, The task is, I will be taking the New team and captaining them leaving the Falcons.

Only way we can get a team into Season 5 (The one coming) is that if we can get 30 sign ups in 2 weeks. If your not on the site, join up and then join the RFFL and become apart of the new team.

I am not sure about it, but it seems if your apart of the newbies and you have a team on TAE, you can't leave until the next draft, but I will trade for you if you want to come. Not sure about this, gotta double check with Tarkyn_24.

I really do urge anyone to join the animal enclosure and the RFFL. I have done it, it is simple, and it would be great to get as many of us together as possible. So basically, we are looking for as many people to sign up as possible. We need more than just the newbies probably, so maybe encourage a few others from the league.
Hopefully we can find out if we can recruit from other teams. And sorry to be a hassle but could somebody maybe do a post about how the RFFL is different, what makes it so special and all information needed for potential RFFL players of the future?

Can I change from Thunder?

You can in by a trade in a trading period. But, I'm not sure when's the trading period.

You'll have to ask Karlos, since he's the Thunder captain, if you want a trade mate.

Just a bit of a background on the RFFL
There's currently 6 teams. Southern Mariners, Eastern Slammers, Western Thunder, Central Districts Falcons, Northern Knights and Victoria Kings.
The Kings are currently a bot team (just made up of 2 players from each Victorian AFL club). To bring in the new team, the Kings will be replaced.
It is heading into it's 4th season of competition this season (the preseason just finished). Originally, there were just the 4 teams (Mariners, Slammers, Thunder and Kings) and the Falcons and Knights joined the comp in season 3.
It's a pretty friendly competition, but there are also some fierce rivalries between different teams (Mariners and Slammers being the biggest rivalry).
There is a lot of activity in match threads. Much more than SFA with most games including either the Mariners or the Thunder reaching over 100 posts before the game is even played most weeks.
Unlike this league, most teams have at least 10 people who regularly post and there is always some interesting banter between the various teams.
The Knights and Falcons were well received into the league and both almost made the Grand Finals in their first seasons (the Thunder got over the Falcons by default in the Preliminary Final due to a fault in the team the Falcons submitted, even though they actually won the game).

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a direct link to the league, due to Moderators not liking links to similar forums. But you can find the league by typing in RFFL and The Animal Enclosure into Google (or you can PM me for a link to the site).
There's also fantasy Cricket, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Rugby and Dodgeball on TAE, so anyone's taste is sport is probably covered. (the site doesn't only revolve around fantasy sports, there's lots of AFL discussion, cricket, basketball etc. and just general stuff not sport related)
The more that join, the more chance that the league has of going through, so even if you're not sure, join anyway

i will definlty get a trade from the mariners to the newbies side for sure much rather start with the newbies and considering i just started in the RFFL i dont think itl b that much of a loss

I've had a chat to Grim about this and apparently players taken in the draft (timmy) or contracted players (peterss) won't be able to move until next season.
Still unsure about rentals. (though he wants to keep Stats either way)
