I can't even login at the moment.

Keeps telling me my username/password is incorrect even though its the same i have been using all year, i even changed it to try again without luck.

Their service team are a joke.

I used it last night on my little media box (basically an Android tablet connected to my TV). New app is well laid out, but i had no issue with he previous layout.

280 is steep. But ill pay for it to get all the content and ability to watch on phone/at work on the sly.
 
So is no one on this site resubscribing to GamePass?

I mean other than me....having pissed away my non existent child's inheritance on Mobile Strike....the renewal is, by comparison, very cost effective internet based entertainment.

I'm out - with two young kids $280 is just too much when I already have Foxtel. Last year I pretty much just iqd and watched redzone anyway plus the odd game here or there on gamepass as the Jets weren't worth watching so an extra $100 for something I may not even use as much isn't worth it. If I were still single or had no kids then I'd probably sign up again even though it's a ripoff

Yep likewise. It was working ok a few days ago when I tried it, now I can't login. Resetting password did not help. I shall wait a few days and try again I suppose (and then contact support if it is still stuffed).

They will just ignore it till Aug 1 and then tell you to re-sub.
 
I don't know about everyone else, but my stream has significantly improved the past fortnight or so in terms of its consistency and quality. It's not where I'd like it yet, but compared to when the new platform first came out, it's a million times better.

Tried tonight and I can login again on my PC and watch games.....but still getting the message on my Apple TV V3 that the app is to be updated.

Just be careful. I posted in here weeks ago that I couldn't login to cancel auto renewal and i went straight to customer support. They said they'd cancelled it for me. A couple of weeks later I get a email reminder that auto renewal will re-activate Aug 1. Had to go back to customer support and they cancelled again (with no apology). HAve checked account this time and it's cancelled. I'm sure probably a mistake but still...

The My Account/My Subscription section (via PC) now has a box you can untick and then hit update to not renew.

I think you can only see that if you have not cancelled your auto renewal yet.
 
My bad. I should have said....you can only see it once you HAVE successfully cancelled your auto renewal.

Wouldn't make sense the other way
