Could be worse - you could be paying for Sunday Ticket in their core market

Given that its moving to streaming next season with either Apple or Amazon, and some had issues with TNF. Imagine the outrage when they are paying $300 and the stream is shitty or down next season. Because they cant charge less than Directv already do because of the NFL's TV contracts with Fox and CBS.

Yeah, i watched first half of Jags-Broncs, decided to take a nap for the 4am games, tried opening app, it wouldnt even open, nor the gamepass website on browser, wouodnt accept log in. Shouldve went back to bed, just sat there for a whole 1.5hrs constantly trying to log in, till finally it did, but the entire first half of all games had gone by. The irony, i ended up falling asleep on and off thruout the second half of redzone and missed most of the fun....eg, the Falcons-Panthers game

Was on from 4am this morning with Redzone going and a the Miami/Detroit game streaming and it played fine then switching to the 49ers/Rams game no issues.

Wouldn't let me log in this morning. Tries the app on my phone and the TV. No luck. Couldn't get in till the second half.
Nothing like getting up at 4am and being stuck watching the Jets on 7mate.

Then when I tried to log in it told me I was trying to access it from a location that it does’t service. Then I was subjected to that Gaze ad on ESPN until sometime near the end of the game.

I remember like 10 years ago week 1 it didnt work so they gave everyone redzone for free. Way back when redzone was an extra charge. along with the discount code. and the code was only valid on full price items over $80 or something

Interesting is my router shows I was connected to QUIC as the app used where in previous weeks I have been connected to Akamai.net in the morning but QUIC in the evening.

Gamepass being slippery campaigners with their invoicing, my original renewal noted there was a price freeze & my sub would remain at $108.90. 4th instalment went through last night for $29.70 bringing the total paid to $118.80US. Guess they must need the money, right?....

Truthfully, we get so many bloody games now it's almost not worth Gamepass.

Still split it with mates for now but I can see why some would opt against it, especially if it's getting more exxy.

Wow what a blow. No way they'll be as lazy/dumb as the NFL. Best we can hope for I suppose is cheaper rates as DANZ try & expand the sub base.

But reading some comments in that tweet, doesnt sound like DANZ has much of a reputation.

Interesting.... I doubt DAZN will do a deal on the Superbowl for 99c either.... I sign up this way to host a US broadcast party, always fun having the ads etc in - at least better than Seven's ads or the lower quality ESPN International broadcast.
I hope DAZN keep that aspect of the full US Broadcast in as it's definitely value for some like me... Paying for ads I know.. but the Domestic commentary teams on all games guaranteed etc. is worth it too.
