No contract for Hilton

Heard just before from Hutchy on the Channel Seven News that Richmond have not offered Rory Hilton a new deal.

It's interesting because he played almost every game in the second half of the season.

Is he trade bait?

When we are up and going Hilts works as hard as anyone. But with Brown and Rodan coming back aswell as young Ritchie looking for a position on the ground, it makes poor Rory disposable.
I enjoyed watching him when he was fit.

Harsh. Rodan was our best player over the summer and into preseason. He will be a good player, don't worry about that.

i dont rate rodan either, wont be in richmonds next premiership team. he looks like hes going a million miles an hour but in reality isnt going very far lol. some of our supporters have been sucked in to think hes an excitement machine lol...have a look...he takes 10 steps and goes nowhere lol. as for pre season...just another preseason hype campaign...all the clubs do it to lift hopes amongst the supporters. hopefully rodan will be at another club in 12 months.

Rodan is underated. As Metallichris mentioned, he was a gun in every pre-season game. Watching his moves and the roles TW had him in, we could tell he was going to have a big season. Tuck was another player who played well in the pre-season and has proved many things. If you haven't seen them play, do not rate them.

Sorry guys... l'm with some of the other blokes. Not a fan of Rodan either. Not a fan of Hilton.

Either Rodan is a very selfish player or his peripheral vision is down right disgraceful. Always gets caught trying to do too much. Would want to improve quickly (which is going to be v-difficult with his dodgy knee), but l cant see him being there in 2007.

Happy to be proven wrong... but l think that he'll turn into our new scapegoat once Tivensh_t gets the boot.
