Yes, he's the only one in the industry who works so hard. It's the Port way.Tired? Fatigued? For ***** sake, buy the man a slab of coke.
Big game for Freo today as they can jump into 3rd!Freo winning by 92 and then losing by 67 must be up there with the biggest turnarounds in history

Thanks - I mucked that up.Highest they can go is fourth but they have to rely on Essendon losing to West Coast. So most likely end up 5th if they win.
Just as big for Suns too, they can potentially jump to 5th as well. Thanks - I mucked that up.
Still a huge game for them.
Win - likely 5th
Lose - likely 12th

I wonder if clubs will be able to restructure existing contracts to fit that payout scheduleI don’t mind it. It’s also a clever way of clubs signing up players to long term deals to beware, you’ll be carrying the contract from years 4 onwards.
I thought the amount paid outside the cap would increase the longer the contract.
Big game for GC also. Who could also end up 5th with a win.Big game for Freo today as they can jump into 3rd!
What do those shapes actually represent? "Prison Shivs"

Adelaide = Brisbane > Port
Harder to restructure immediately?I thought the amount paid outside the cap would increase the longer the contract.
I don't understand why they get 90% outside the cap next year ?
And reduces each year after that ?
Was the crowd unhappy? I would have liked to have been there to absorb all their negative energy to keep my life force sustained.I went to the Brizzy game at AO yesterday.
Woke up with a spring in my step, which is sad really. Relying on schadenfreude is what I've been reduced to.
Damn you Crows.![]()
What, No 'F45' For Chadbro?Yeah it will be aimed at the crowd and the players letting the coaches down. All Kane cares about is keeping Chad in a job. Chad would be unemployable at any other club besides Port.
Max Gawn's head literally steaming at the end of the match
Do you think 13 or 14 wins gets you in the top 8?
I honestly didn’t think it would happen as it opens a can of worms.
Yeah there should be no issue with this.
I guess a shame we didn't get it for Seedsman.
Probably didn't ask....
Good precedent though.

Exactly. Career ending injuries are an old problem that clubs knew about. Concussion/cte is also not a new issue - the first careers ending because of head knocks were years ago. There is no good reason to make up a solution to this problem which clubs make themselves by handing out long contracts. Long contracts should come with risk.Typical of the AFL to make a rule to solve something that doesn’t need solving and create numerous other real problems whilst doing it.
One of the risks of long term contracts is career ending injury. Black and white. Nothing stopping Melbourne restructuring the deal over a heap more years and bring one short on the rookie list for a decade. Player would have to agree, but surely they’d be amenable.

2020 was the year they genuinely really blew it, they had the Tigers at AO, in miserable cold wet conditions and down by just 2pts at 3/4 time and literally blew it.
They should have gone into HT leading vs Tigers and momentum, when the infamous gif came to play.
