being entrenched in the gutter is probably handy when reporting on Hawthorn

Maybe, given you obviously have a solid list, but you also don't have much by way of picks to squander. It's the sort of gamble you can afford to take when you've just won a premiership, I suppose.
That's where the medical reports are.being entrenched in the gutter is probably handy when reporting on Hawthorn

Also, given that it's Mark Stevens, I'd treat it with caution for the time being. The bloke is nearly as entrenched in the gutter as Barrett and Ralph.

Apart from Garletts off field non-sense - our coaches didn't rate him that highly when he trained with us (apparently). The Age is reporting it too:

It's almost as if all the recruiters that overlooked him knew what they were on about, and all the people here who ripping into Dodoro for passing on him had NFI.
I'm not sure I believe that was really the case. They might have said it publicly but internally I suspect there was concern about the off field stuff, especially after he went on a bender just before the PSD. I can't believe that every draft watcher in the country had him in their top 10 on skills but our coaches thought his skills were not worth drafting him for.Apart from Garletts off field non-sense - our coaches didn't rate him that highly when he trained with us (apparently).

have to be a lock for the spoon imoSo St Kilda will be missing Steven, Montagna, Hayes, and (less importantly) Weller from their midfield for round one. Going to be ugly.
Mark Evans is doing a ripper job.
