Frost is actually an excellent body to body defender, his skills are atrocious though.

Personally I don't see anything wrong with it, most defenders do it. Gibson is one who has perfected it, great awareness of umpire positioning.

On that note, I was actually thinking the other day how it's funny when you look at Adelaide's timeline:

- 2012: Sanderson arrives from Geelong; players get significantly bigger and stronger (see: Taylor Walker)
- 2013: AFL cracks down on supplement programs; Adelaide players look noticably smaller, pushed around on the field
- 2014: Back with the pack in terms of size and strength

It's against the rules would be the main thing wrong with it. If you're too shit to get a spot playing within the rules, I don't see why we should celebrate or congratulate it,.

Spare me. Frost is in a league of his own. I've seen him play live twice this year, plus most others on TV. His game is the illegal arm hold.

Gibson's scragging is overstated I think. FWIW, I'd have Homsbch in that back pocket on form this year.

Not a naturally brilliant kick for mine. More of an Enright type who has all the attributes, but doesn't have the 55m no look lace out kick in his bag of tricks.
