I said three or four weeks ago that Collingwood could easily make top four given their soft run home. People underestimate the impact of the uneven fixture. They'll be equal on points with us if we lose tonight.

Regardless- their ladder position flatters them - falling over the line against a few ok teams. They will be good next year. In the finals this year, I would prefer pies at the g, to Freo in Perth or Brissy up north, I must say.I said three or four weeks ago that Collingwood could easily make top four given their soft run home. Agree. When was the last time a first year player performed like him?Hate to say it, but Nick Daicos is the next Gazza Jr...will lead Pies to numerous Grand Finals over the next 10 years.

turns on tvI’m not going to hold my breath, but the game at Marvel now may just be beyond beautiful![]()
Well done to Collingwood for winning all these close games but it can mask the true quality of teams. Both us in 2014 and Hawthorn in 2016 made top 4 through amazing records in close games, both teams out in straight sets.
They have a pretty decent ruckman ready to come back on the eve of finals. Not to mention the vast improvement of Darcy Cameron.
They are also winning without de Goey.
If they finish top four, they have the speed and audacity to expose any team in the finals.

Must be watching a different side to me. They're decent but just in that 5th to 8th mould. Should beat Essendon and Port but their last three games are tricky and their % is bad. Brisbane and Sydney would need to drop some 50/50s as well.Always a danger game for Collingwood. If they manage to win this one, they are the real deal and top four a genuine chance.
They been in this situation quite a few times the past month.
It’s all Chris Scott fault it was his master planCan’t believe Tom Stewart made Richmond give up 8 straight goals to North
