If north are serious about actually creating a positive and successful culture then there is no way he walks into the club again (if found guilty).
Even the AFL needs to stand against it, we know they are weak AF when it comes to things like this but enough is enough.

It's a interesting point of contention with netball as a women's sport vs now AFLW. My mother's a diehard footy fan but she refuses to watch any AFLW because of what she sees as the gutting of a traditional women's sport in netball for the sake of bad AFL games. She loses me a bit when talking about broadcasting rights etc but I do think there is a feel that with the corporate strength of the AFL driving the push for women's AFL that other sports might suffer as a result.

Fair enough. I can see how AFL's power could make it tough for some other sports to compete. Personally, I think having all the sports available means girls and young women essentially get to choose what they want to play. And if that means some less popular sports struggle, so be it.

What I'd like to see the AFL then do is apply a 21 day ban to any player found guilty of causing the concussion, PLUS a penalty of x games based on the severity and recklessness of the action.
