Feel the same as last week. Lions are a chance if they're clinical. So were GWS but they traded in skill for panic as it went on. Not quite the killer edge required.

Lions don't have the fatigue factor. Collingwood aren't even close to playing to their potential in finals. But we should get a close game either way and not a 12 goal thrashing.

I'd love to see Brisbane finally deal with their finals hoodoo but it just doesn't feel like it will happen. Collingwood should steam home easily. Still holding out hope for a Brisbane upset, though!

I find the odds interesting. If I was setting a market I would have Pies $1.50, Lions $2.50. Given Collingwood would have been steamed in the futures markets all year and the public money is always going to be on Collingwood because of the size of their supporter base, the syndicates must be on the Lions. Maybe they have had futures on the Pies and are hedging off!

I'm going to get out my four victory packs and watch the last quarter of each - far more enjoyable than watching today's game. I'll probably switch over and check the scores occasionally, especially if it's close.

I actually think Collingwood’s form in the finals last year was better than anything we’ve seen from them so far this series.
Of course today could change that.

Agreed on that. Better through the season (until very late) this year, but less convincing in finals. Brisbane outside of the horror start last week have looked pretty smooth. Can they bring the heat early and get scoreboard pressure rather than playing catch up? If they can I really think they'll win. A slow start is potentially the worry.

I watched the 1st and 3rd quarters of last years GF last night with multiple
Commentaries.
It’s one of the most ruthless displays I’ve ever seen in a GF.
We went in for the absolute slaughter and never let up. Nearly every possession was an attack. And when we didn’t have the ball it was pressure and hunt.
Phenomenal display, and you really do forget until you re watch it.

24 disposals, 2 goals, 2 assists and 11 score involvements for Hipwood.

They've been alright so far.
