Well that's a great way to make your latest Copeland winner who flogged his guts for you feel about the highlight of his career isn't it.

From my observation Fly is losing the plot . Some of his observations since they got nutted in the Prelim have been on the weird side.

Strangely enough no one ever thought of acknowledging the placegetters in the Brownlow before even though some of the names were Mathews , Carey, Bont , Bartlett , Ablett Snr and a host of others. All better players than Nick.

That's a very valid point. So many triggers built in to contracts these days.

Saying the voting should be changed because your favourite boy hasn't won something when you're the coach of a professional team in a team sport reliant on your team is a very strange thing to say.

I think it's up there as the biggest brain fade of year in the AFL . I mean if someone like Kingy said it he'd be ridiculed ,in fact you'd be surprised if he did.

That’s typically how any audit i’ve seen go at the corporate entity I worked for over he past 20 years…

It does seem like a weird voting system, simply because it is only out of 4. I like the idea of club BnF giving ratings to every player though. IIRC Geelong do similar but the rating system is out of 10? Either way, your best player isn't always your most important player, nor do they have the most important role. I believe our game against them where we used Berry to tag him in the third, he isn't that damaging. The team seems to play better when he has less of it. I assume it is because he doesn't win that many hard balls so the release handballs and kicks are going to players in the best position rather than their best player.
Their system from limited viewing does seem to be too Daicos centric, whether that is because of their age profile or because Fly thinks the sun shines out of his ass, I don't know.
