In that match up I'd hope the Broncos win because for me Brisbane are the lesser of the 2 evils.

for mine i'd prefer the roosters to win simply because my sister and her husband are bandwagoning campaigners who suddenly remembered they were devout broncos fans the moment their messiah returned.

My heart says that I want Cronulla to win it.They suit my criteria:
1) Based in N.S.W
&
2) They don't have any members of the Queensland Origin team
Seriously, it's hard to go past the Roosters given their current form.But they're overdue for a loss.
Should Melbourne knock them over this week, the two will meet in the GF.
I wouldn't begrudge Thurston winning a comp though.

They deserve it, especially since in the last few finals series they've contested they've been screwed over by the refs.

Hope that doesn't happen this week.

Never been surer that the Broncos will win the rigged NRL this year - Wayne Bennett back as coach, haven't won it for 9 years. Not sure who they will play next week. Then again the Roosters may smash them tomorrow night.

But WB coached teams have always been good teams, Newcastle being the exception, because, well, Newcastle.

Ideal result for me would be the Cowboys beating the Roosters in the final.
