Riewoldt is the best performed of the players listed during this decade. Whether history will show that he's the best number 1 draft pick drafted during this decade remains to be seen.

If the vote was purely on skill then the answer would be Deledio, he is silky skilled and super quick.
But the answer has to be Hodge.
He has skill, he is tough, and he has an awesome footy brain, he just knows how to hurt the opposition.... In more ways than one.

Roo and Hodge wont get a great deal better then they are now.
Even though they are good players they are not genuine Superstars like Judd, Ablett snr, Carey, Voss, Hird, Buckley etc.
Roo has accuracy problems and hodge has aggression problems.
Coon Dog goes about his bussiness in a workman like fashion and is brilliant to watch. Although not the best this year, as hodge is probably just ahead of him Hodge has been around longer as has Roo so I think he would be my first pick from all those players if I had a to choose 1 player to build a team around.
