Geez there’s a list of things regarding the AFC that we’d like to shift from different pieces of pie isn’t there..

would have thought hiring a CEO is a board role and he'd be involved down the line. I get that senior coach in a high performance industry is very different, so it's reasonable for the board to be more involved, but we've got nobody on it that you could trust to lead that process. Certainly not that you'd give a decent chance of arriving at at the right conclusion.

The board appoints a sub committee to oversee the process. You put the football director on it, the chair, a couple of external experts, and receive recommendations

it’s not a great process and the results aren’t amazing…
